Poem: Motherhood

Motherhood is a portal to deeper awareness The children will push all the right triggers

For us to grow

If we are enough present

To notice 

Acknowledge 

Know

And be able to honour their wisdom

If we can surrender

Let go

Let it be

Trust in the process

Release the external noise

And take control 

Of the unconscious conditioning

The healing and expansion will follow

Resulting in wisdom

And joy of conscious creation 

Of life we wish to live And pass for the next generations
