Poem: Who Are We?

I am not my body Nor I am my mind

So who I am

I’m still trying to find out

That's why I practice yoga To hold the space for me To remove the veil of forgetfulness

And connect with the true essence of me

‘Cause we are all born into perfection

We were blinded to believe We are not enough And need to prove ourselves

To be someone

In order to be

Accepted, loved and recognized

But it’s enough

We are enough We are perfect We are love
